Customer Care Representative (English)

Your responsibilities.
Answer incoming calls — no sales involved — take callback requests and provide information.
Summarize, structure, and forward relevant information.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Document calls accurately in our system.
Your qualifications.
You are a native English speaker.
You are at least 23 years old.
Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
You have completed vocational training or hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university.
You are able to adapt to different workflows and are confident using computers and standard software applications.
You have a strong service-oriented mindset and enjoy supporting customers in a professional and helpful manner.
These requirements are based on the regulations of the Thai authorities and must be met in order to obtain a work permit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer employment if you do not meet these requirements.
Native English speakers who hold a Thai ID card or Thai passport only need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid Thai house registration.
