
What to expect
Recruitment Steps

Step: 1
After receiving and screening your application, we will call you for a short talk. In this first short talk, we want to get to know you a little bit more. Please regularly check your spam folder as our email might end up in there.

Step: 2
After the short talk, we will give you more insight into the job explaining our contractual conditions as well as all advantages of living and working in Thailand in a first interview.

Step: 3
In the next step, we will simulate a number of role plays as part of an assessment to give you an additional insight into the job. For this you will need a laptop or PC with internet access.

Step: 4
We will give feedback about our role plays and conduct a final interview about your future job and your move to Chiang Mai.

Step: 5
Congratulations: We will welcome you to our team!
CLBS Referral Programm
You know someone that fits our company? At CLBS Ltd., we run a referral program which can earn you 10,000 THB. If you know a friend and relative who is looking for a new job opportunity in Chiang Mai, Thailand, let us know! If they complete the probation period of 3 months within the company, you will earn 10,000 THB. When taking part in the program, you will automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
The person you would like to refer has to state your full name and contact details such as email address and mobile phone number in the initial application.
If the person you would like to refer to is already in our system, you will be informed that you will not be eligible to participate in the referral program.
The payment of 10,000 THB will only be made after the employee is settled in its new role and passed the probation period of 3 months. We will then reach out to you asking for bank details.
