Starting your new life in Thailand is easier than you think
From your first chat to your first day in Chiang Mai — we guide you through every step.
No surprises. Just a clear and friendly process.
Recruitment Steps
Step 1 – First Contact
Once we receive your application, we’ll get in touch for a short chat. We just want to get to know you, answer basic questions, and explain what working with CLBS is like. (Tip: Check your spam folder – sometimes our first email hides there.)
Step 2 – First Interview
After the initial chat, we’ll invite you to a longer video call. Here we explain the job in more detail, including your schedule, salary, and all the benefits of living and working in Thailand. It’s also your chance to ask anything about moving here.
Step 3 – Assessment
Next, you’ll take part in a few short role-plays that simulate typical customer calls. Don’t worry — we’re not testing perfection, just communication and attitude. You’ll need a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
Step 4 – Feedback & Final Interview
We’ll give you feedback on your assessment and, if it’s a good fit, schedule a final interview. We’ll also go through the visa process, travel preparation, and relocation steps together.
Step 5 – Welcome to CLBS
Congratulations! You’ll receive your job offer, and our relocation team will assist you with all paperwork and travel details. When you arrive, we pick you up at the airport and provide a free apartment for your first two weeks — so you can settle in comfortably.
CLBS Referral Programm
You know someone that fits our company? At CLBS Ltd., we run a referral program which can earn you 10,000 THB. If you know a friend and relative who is looking for a new job opportunity in Chiang Mai, Thailand, let us know! If they complete the probation period of 3 months within the company, you will earn 10,000 THB. When taking part in the program, you will automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
The person you would like to refer has to state your full name and contact details such as email address and mobile phone number in the initial application.
If the person you would like to refer to is already in our system, you will be informed that you will not be eligible to participate in the referral program.
The payment of 10,000 THB will only be made after the employee is settled in its new role and passed the probation period of 3 months. We will then reach out to you asking for bank details.
The terms and conditions of the website www.clbs.co.th apply at all times.
