Family-friendly and sponsored childcare.
CLBS offers sponsored childcare for all employees with small children. All parents with children under the age of 10 years old can apply for a monthly childcare allowance of 4,000 THB. Moreover, mothers with small children have the opportunity to work part time from 25 hours/week onwards.
