Job description:

You will be working in a team providing customer care for our clients in all parts of the world. Tasks include the receipt and processing of customer queries via telephone and email as well as reporting back to our clients. Other tasks may include enquiries and internet-searches on specific topics. You will be trained in-house in the use of relevant software solutions.
